Service-Specific Questions

  • Physical therapy focuses on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving strength through evidence-based techniques. It can help with injury recovery, chronic pain management, and prevention of future issues.

  • Occupational therapy focuses on restoring your ability (both physically and cognitively) to perform all of the things you have to or love to do such as getting dressed, cooking, managing your finances, or getting back to your favorite workout regimen, returning to work after an injury, or being able to crochet. Physical therapy focuses on the major movements of the body such as standing, walking, and restoring function after an injury.

  • Pelvic Floor Therapy can treat involuntary loss of urine or fecal matter, pelvic pain, pain with sex, low back pain, hip pain, and so much more!

  • IV Hydration Therapy delivers essential fluids, vitamins, minerals, and pain medication directly into your bloodstream. It helps combat dehydration, boost energy, pain, support immunity, and promote overall wellness.

  • Kinesio Taping uses elastic therapeutic tape to support muscles and joints, reduce pain, and improve circulation without restricting movement. It’s ideal for injury recovery and enhancing athletic performance.

  • Both acupuncture and dry needling use microfilament needles to target muscle trigger points, reducing tension and improving mobility. The major difference between the 2 techniques is that acupuncture uses the Chinese meridian points to guide needle placement while dry needling aims to insert the needle at the root cause of the issue, getting deep into the belly of the muscle to provide long lasting pain relief.

  • Cupping Therapy involves creating suction with cups to improve blood and lymphatic fluid circulation, reduce muscle tension, and promote healing.

There are 2 types of cupping therapy - dry and wet. Wet cupping takes the process one step further by removing the stagnant blood that collects in the area of each thus prompting the body to make new, fresh blood, to better carry oxygen to its major organs.

It’s beneficial for chronic pain, stress relief, and detoxification.
